Event Overview
Leading the organization of a multi-day virtual technology conference featuring keynotes, workshops, and networking opportunities over 300+ attendees. The event was considered a big success despite the challenge of a short deadline, moving the conference from an internal Intel conference to an industry conference with all new software tools.
Responsibilities
- Program committee, Speaker outreach, and speaker selection
- Organizing and coordinating visual assets
- Coordinating Speaker outreach and communications
- Coordinating and managing conference schedule with representatives of the UXL Foundation steering committee
- Marketing and communications
- Run of Show script
- Working with event management company BrandLive.
