- Fundraising & sustainability — supporting the foundation’s financial health through fundraising initiatives and donor relations
- Advocacy — promoting GNOME and free software at conferences, in the press, and across the open source ecosystem
- Community health — helping shape programs that support contributors, engagement, and inclusivity
